This evening we held the first Isis Meditation Circle - exciting stuff! I put out to the universe my intention to create a circle for people who want to explore their spirituality via meditation. Within days, our meditation circle was established with like minded and open people - an affirmation that we were all on the right path. After introductions, we then settled into our meditation journey - some members of the group are 'old hats' at meditation, some new and all, I am pleased to say keen! I guided us through to meet and spend time with our spirit guides. To the 'old hats' it was a time to meet with a familiar knowledgeable and wise friend but for the majority it was an interesting and powerful connection.
