A very small group this evening met at the Isis centre but it was productive none the less! In fact there was a very relaxed and social atmosphere. Our guided meditation was safely travelling up through Earth's different levels and out through space until we were able to visit the different levels of spiritual awareness, finishing with spending time at the Source or higher awareness level. After a very succesful and spiritual first Meditation Circle, tonight was an evening dedicated to the power animals. For me, on 'creating' the space prior to circle members arriving it was almost as though our guides had collected there first, and were already working on protecting the room and us, and helping to build the energy. The group were eager to start and it was lovely to see the bonds of friendship building. After ensuring we were settled, connected and protected (this is very important during any kind of spiritual/meditation work) we went to meet our power animals. This evening we held the first Isis Meditation Circle - exciting stuff! I put out to the universe my intention to create a circle for people who want to explore their spirituality via meditation. Within days, our meditation circle was established with like minded and open people - an affirmation that we were all on the right path. After introductions, we then settled into our meditation journey - some members of the group are 'old hats' at meditation, some new and all, I am pleased to say keen! I guided us through to meet and spend time with our spirit guides.
